At THOR Kitchen, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade appliances and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their culinary investment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
- 2.Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original crating or packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a freight pickup for large appliances or provide a shipping label for smaller accessories.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
